OMG. Just installed talon grips on my 29 after hearing all of you talk positive about them. Let me say WOW. They are fantastic. My grip is so much better and tighter around her. I cant wait to go shoot. Feel like I got a new girlfriend.

Did you install the granulate or rubber texture Talon Grips?

Is the G29 used for IWB CCW?

Got the rubber texture. Carrying in a Kramer leather scabbard on the belt for ccw. Its better than all others I've seen being it wraps completely around and is still fairly thin.

Good choice! I've read many good reports about the rubber texture Talon Grips. The older granulate texture was known to irritate bare skin with IWB carry and even wear out cover clothing.

I also put the talon rubberized grips on my G29sf and I highly recommend them!

I have to say if you use the granulate ones, your grip is SECURE....but yes, it hurts to carry with them. Range/Home gun=Granulate....Carry=Rubberized.
