Ask for an extra slip or left-over, then use those for the slide. It's much easier for me to rack the slide with talon grip on it. Worth it!

Talon grip is awesome solution to the problems I have with my sweaty hands.

i have not tried them yet but if you watch any hickcock45 videos he has them on just about every gun he shoots so they don't make you shoot bad! i ordered something similar but in a sticky rubber finish from tractiongrip for $6.00.

DEFINITELY worth it at 2-3 times the price. I've pulled off all my "Decal Grips" from five of my Glocks & replaced them with Talons. What a difference. The "Decal Grips" miss most of the areas where your hand contacts the grip. The Talons cover all important areas. I haven't tried the rubber ones; only the gritty ones.

Make sure to use a hair dryer to heat them up after hand pressing them on.

Use the rubber texture on my IWB carry 23. Can't say enough good about them. Avoid the sandpaper like ones if you carry IWB though. People have complained about rubbing the skin raw.

Ordered before I read this. Oh well. I used sandpaper as mentioned in the instructions on the side that goes against the body. Better now. Did not effect the grip though!!

Thanks all, I'm gonna love this.

I have them on my Glocks, XDs and all of the M&Ps. Use the rubber ones only. Increases accuracy by keeping pistol firmly in hand. Stay Safe!

I finally installed these two yesterday and I want to try them out at the range today. The secret is the heat of a hair drier so be sure to put it to high and to really let it get in there, especially the bends, joints, backstrap and frontstrap.

It's no secret but I don't think folks use entirely enough cow bell. I mean hair dryer.
