Now I'm not some moron who can't make decisions for himself, as I RARELY ask anyone for their opinion on anything. Though, I have been battling for a while on this decision and just can't make up my mind. SO, I can't decide, buy a KKM 10mm conversion barrel for my Glock 21, or buy a factory .45 threaded barrel for it and just buy a Glock 20 later?? :brickwall:

I am going to invest in a suppressor this year for one of my guns BTW....

Thanks in advance for the help. :wavey:

A couple of years ago, I bought KKM barrels for all four of my Glocks. I now wish I would have bought the extended barrels for my G19 and G30. I could have had them threaded later. Hind sight I guess. :faint:

I would buy the KKM barrel in .45 for the G21 and buy a G20 later.

I went the conversion barrel route before. I bought a .357 Sig barrel for my G23. I like the round enough, that I ended up buying a G32. I like complete firearms.

If you're looking at shooting 10mm in the short term, I'd say get the KKM conversion barrel. While you're waiting for your suppressor to be approved, start putting a little money aside each week for the threaded barrel. Then sell you KKM conversion barrel and put the funds toward a new G20. Good luck.

Why not buy 10mm conversion barrel and .45 threaded barrel?
A 10mm conversion barrel is cheaper than a Glock 20.

Thanks for your advice everyone, I've decided to go Smokin762's route and have a 6 inch KKM .45 barrel on order. I figure I'll just buy a G20 later.
