I was working the trap range at the club last night and saw something I've never seen before.
    Tactical Sweatpants.
Dud(e) walks up wearing sandals with beige socks and has these brown sweatpants on. I look closely and see they are zipped at the knee, have cargo pockets and a band around the waist with zippers, pockets and such.

I didn't know what to think. I mean, do the extra pockets keep your nightlight, teddy bear and blankie?
These things look like they're made for the man who has given up.... almost...maybe enough energy for..one...more...mission.

I own a few pair of sweat pants with cargo pockets on the sides and they are comfortable wear around pants. The heavy weight sweats are maybe even a bit more passable as legitimate pants. Local fat fire chief bow hunts and you'll often see him out in a camo cargo pant sweatsuit.

I entirely believe men and women have the right to be comfortable slobs on their days off on quick trips to the store, gas station, or sporting activities that do not require classier garb. At plenty places, especially Walmart, nowadays this stuff is formal wear. I don't equate wearing sweatpants to "giving up".

Maybe the tactical kilt is the way to go
