Would any GT member with a Costo nearby be interested in picking up & shipping to me on my dime? Payment up front of course.

I have excellent feedback in the GT Classifieds.

    Please PM me, thanks.

There are a couple of threads about these on Candle Power Forums:
New Costco Cree "tactical" lights? - CandlePowerForums

I bought a 2 pack last month for $20.00. They work fine but I'm not overly impressed. Batteries drain fast, clicking throught the switch positions is a pain, not much difference between low and high setting. That said, for under $10 ea. it's hard to pass up for the price if you're looking for a throw-away light.

Im going to get these tomorrow. Even if they are not "tactical", still cheap and good to have around. Probably going to put them in the cars.

I bought a pack awhile ago (month maybe) and they are not as bright as I expected but I let a friend use one and he commented on how bright it was...

You can hold the switch for a few seconds and it will turn off so you do not have to cycle through the modes.

For $15 I will probably buy another package.

+1 I didn't buy but my buddy did. I'd rather have one decent light for $30 than 2 crappy ones for $15.

Just bought a pack yesterday. I agree with your report. I'll toss them in the glove boxes. Watch out though, the 'tactical' strike bezels are sharp as ****.

I think they are on sale for $15 now (for 2). They aren't going to replace any of my Surefire or Fenix lights but for changing a tire in the rain they are plenty good. Maybe even a few for stocking stuffers at christmas.

I dont have a costco close enough to warrant a membership. That said Is anybody in columbus ohio that may want to buy me a pack and I can meet you somewhere? I could throw in a few bucks for gas or time.

If anyone bought these and is not happy with their purchase I'll buy them off of you.

My Costco was sold out but I got two rainchecks for them! They should be in stock by Tuesday.
