Just how many times did you die as a teen?
Or just how many friends died while you were driving drunk?

I buried a car surfer several years ago. It was one of the best attended burials I ever did. There were literally HUNDREDS of young people at the cemetery that day. Then every day, for a period of several months some of the deceased's friends would show up with memorial items to place at his gravestone. Too bad the deceased wasn't able to enjoy the outpouring of love for him, he was just too dead. :steamed:

No one died. Drunk and car surfing. We did it all the time. Worse thing that ever happened was brush burns and thorns.

I went to high school in the 50's. About 10 of my Senior Class mates died from stupid automobile accidents. Driving drunk, trying to beat a train, driving without lights at night, crossing a divided highway without looking and many more. We experienced many stupid things and learned the consequences of some of them.

Car surfing was beyond stupid, even to us.
