Surefire Customer Service ~ Positive Experience

    I own (it was my first suppressor) a Ryder 22A, .22 suppressor. For some reason, the "guts" of the unit blew out (literally, blew out of the body of the suppressor) several times. No baffle strikes that I could see. Subsonic ammo always used (mostly Federal 45 grain subsonic).

    Anyway, a month or so ago I contact Surefire (the manufacturer, duh). They had me send the unit in. Just got it back today. Looks like all new internals. Will fire it as soon as I can.

    Anyway, excellent customer service from Surefire.
