    They also refused to hear several 2A cases, but jumped on the gay rights BS. Roberts once again sides with the left.

    Yes, the standard created by qualified immunity is, "the law would have told you what you were doing was wrong before you did it." Not even that you knew the law, but that a person who did know all of the law there was would have been able to tell you weren't supposed to do what you did.

    The alternative standard is, "we should be able to make you pay for doing something, even when there was no legal way for you to know you shouldn't have done it."

    That's why the anti-qualified immunity thing is a SCAM that professional plaintiff's lawyers are trying to push, using leftist activists as their tools.
