Supplements, what are u taking ?

I know i'm more old school, but i think this old dog can maybe learn a few new things, wonderd what u guys are takin to build strenght & new muscle.

I'm old school too, so none of the fancy stuff. I don't need a lot of protein (16 zone blocks +/-, which is about a pound of meat / day) and am not a bodybuilder.

The following are for joint problems that I have:

Carlson's fish oil liquid: 1 tsp / day

Just restarted glucosamine and condriotin

That's about it for me
I take a bunch, but most of them are because my doctor tells me to.

a multivitamin (Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men)
fish oil
milk thistle (for my liver, on account of some prescribed medication screwing with my liver)
whey protein (on top of all the meat i eat during the course of the day)

I tried some of the other popular ones, but never got much out of them.
Protein powder
Glucosamine
Vitamins
Food
Nitro-Tech. A friend talked me into giving it a try. I've been taking it about a month with good results. I've gained about 10 pounds. How much is due to the supplement and how much is due to the fact that I stepped up my workouts is the $64 question.
Anyone try dhea or tribus ?
I take multi vitamin, fish oil and vitamin c.

I tried tribulus a long tiem ago. It had no noticable effect.

I'm pretty sure anyone can put on ten pounds without Nitrotech or working out. I'm almost positive that the way you gained 10 pounds was by consumiong more calories than you burned.
I've started taking endothil, I've only started taking it a couple of weeks now. I will let you know how it does.
