Lately I've been buying lowfat or nonfat vanilla. I toss it in the blender with a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a spoonfull or two of peanut butter, use it as a recovery drink/snack/treat-shake just after workouts.

When I actually want ice cream, though, I'm a sucker for Blizzards from DQ. Chocolate ice cream, Reese's cups mixed in, thankyouverymuch.

Me too. That's why I work at an Ice cream place and not a burger joint.

Man, I miss ice cream. My dad owned a small town creamery when I was growing up, and we ate more ice cream than you can imagine. Now, my reflux pretty much dictates I stay away from it.
