Breakfree CLP all the way for me.

If your product works to your satisfaction, use it.

The Internet will give you many many opinions.

Since its your first Glock .... do a search, ad nauseum threads on oils and lubes and cleaners on GT.

For a brand that requires so little lube and cleaning, there is a lot of obsession.

Any good gun lube will work but use very little per the manual.

On a carry gun a little dab of grease on the rails is going to last longer than oil.
On a gun used for target practice oil is fine.
Follow the owners manual closely as most people over oil Glocks.
