Mine is eggs Benedict; some iteration (lobster, crawfish, ham, etc.) depending on the region. Add some type of fried potato on the side and I'm happy! :wavey:

What's your favorite breakfast on a lazy Sunday morning?

I like someone else cooking it Monday-Friday.

On the weekends, I'll cook breakfast (if someone goes out and buys all the stuff!)

I'll leave the kitchen open all day....start driving.

(stock photo, not a picture of my EB, I'm using lox for some and chorizo for others.)

This morning was coffee, a little bit of pickled herring and a slice of double smoked cheddar. The eggs Benedict looks great but it's to much for me at 0600.

I'm on a smoked salmon kick lately...maybe it our cooler weather doing it to me. Do you make the herring or do you buy it? With or without the mayo? I ate the heck out of that stuff last time I was in Amsterdam...pickled herring with beets.

I have two, funny each one completely opposite than the other.
First one about a half pound of chewy bacon, three medium scrambled eggs, a load of well done home fries, and white toast and butter. Of course a couple of cups of fresh brewed coffee.
Second one plain bagel, cream cheese, slice of tomato, thin slice sweet onion, topped off with a medium slice of lox, the salty kind. I think that is the part from the belly of the Salmon.
