Try my little concoction if you dare! ;f Its actually pretty healthy and super easy to make. It always gets a great responce. 2# boneless chicken, shredded 1 cup green chiles, chopped 1 t onion powder 1 t garlic powder 1 t cumin 1 t oregano 1 t cilantro 1 t cayenne pepper 2 cans chicken broth 1 cup brown rice Start by cooking your chicken how ever you like (I steam mine) then shred it into a medium pot. Dump in both cans of broth plus all the spices and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the green chile, rice and simmer untill the rice is just right. You can adjust the cayenne & green chile to suit your taste but I like it zippy. You can also sub fresh stuff for powdered and it tastes even better, but this is the quick & dirty version.
