No time for golf here. Fishing, fishing, hunting, clam digging, working, boating, bbq'ing, summer solstice party time, motorcyclye riding, atv riding, trips to the remote cabins, and more partying.
We can sleep in the winter, or when we're dead.

According to the 10pm weather segment, the solstice arrived just in time to launch northeast OK into the 100s next week - a high temp of 105 is predicted for next Thursday in Tulsa.

Winter. Ah yes. Miles and miles to ride across the wilderness on the snow machines. You can go places you can't access any other time of year.:cool::cool:

This time 2 years ago I was at a fishing camp in Nondalton, AK which is near nothing. I was embarrassed that I was feeling so drunk and the sun was still up. It was midnight and I had to be up in 5 hours. Jokes on me.

Most people sleep a lot less in summer here because there is just so much to do. Hibernate in winter to make up for it.

I couldn't imagine sleeping when it's dark out - my life is geared for night living...most winters I don't see the sun for months.
