If one were to use *ONLY* 10rd magazines, would the Sub2000 be legal in Commifornia? I know they have some kwazy laws out there...

If it is cool, fun, or interesting, it is illegal in Commiefornia.

There are also the issues of overall length the detachable magazine. A butt plate or extension and some type of mag lock, along with a 10 rounder...or, a grip sleeve to prevent wrap-around grip rather than the mag lock...would make it CA compliant.

I had just gotten one and it is registered as a rifle and comes with 10 round mags, at least mine did. It's a G22 version with a 10-instead if the 15 rnd mag. Ordered a few 15's, so all is good. Not sure on CA law to rifles, but thats what it is, and its badass!

    Here you go. CA compliant.

In CA, this configuration allows for use with your pre-ban, hi-cap mags that detach.
The mag lock option would allow you to use the pistol grip, but would limit you to 10 round mags and require the use of a tool to release.
