LOW LIGHT FORCE ON FORCE GUNFIGHTING
Chattanooga, Tennessee
PRICE $400
Since most criminal assaults take place between 6pm and 6am it is likely that you may have to fight in low light or darkness. Most range time is generally devoted to shooting in daylight and most force on force classes take place during the day. In this class we will take it a step farther. We take the already proven Suarez International Force on Force class and apply it when things really happen . . . in low light conditions.
We will spend time on live fire in varying light conditions, both with and without flashlights. We then will deal with real life problems both outdoors in public and indoors in low and even no light against live adversaries. This is not just a burgler hunt involving cardboard targets, but managing realistic assaults sometimes including multiple assailants in reduced lighting. It will go a long way toward dispelling some of the myths surrounding flashlight usage and what shooting in low light is really like.
The training is open to ALL civilian students, and is the sort of class you can attend over and over again to maintain your edge!! Fight-focused NOT Gun-focused!
DURATION: 2 1/2 days
PREREQUISITES: We recommend that students have attended a basic tactical shooting program from a recognized school. If in doubt, please contact [email protected]
AMMUNITION: Approximately 500 (minimum) good quality plastic pellets : NO STEEL PELLETS and 200 rounds of pistol ammo
YOU NEED TO BRING: Spare clothing appropriate to the weather, lunch/snacks and water (minimum of 1 gallon per person) for the entire day, baseball or other style hat, sun screen, bug repellant, allergy medication (if needed), chair (if you have a problem with sitting on the ground, note taking paper/pen/pencil and a boo boo kit (bandaids, gauze pads, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment and tape)
REQUIREMENTS:You MUST have a gas-operated airsoft pistol for this class. Spring-operated guns are not suitable. A paintball mask/helmet, hooded sweatshirt and gloves are necessary.
ALSO a Modern Defensive Pistol, Holster specifically made for that pistol and designed to be worn on the belt at the "strong side", 2 Magazines and One Magazine Pouch, A Belt of the same width as the belt loops for the holster and magazine pouches, Range Safety Gear (Eye protection and ear protection) and a tactical flashlight.
NOTE: Bring an adequate supply of green gas or alternatively a propane converter, propane gas, and silicon lubricant to charge up the pistols. An extra magazine is important in case there is a problem with the primary.
