Stupid scale...

  1. Man I wish I had a faster metabolism... Or maybe I should just eat beter.

    Spent some time on Consumer Reports and invested in one of these a few days ago. A Schwinn 213 recumbent excercise bike. I need to drop about 50#'s so I'm hoping 30 min a day can get me on my way. Seemed like a decent piece of equip and CR rated it a best buy. Got it for $400.

    Just posting to give myself a bit of motivation.
