Are there any dealers for Strider Knives in the Philippines?

Checked SOE already. They only have the Surefire M2/Strider Knife collaboration. I think it's limited to 600 sets, and priced accordingly too. Anyway, I'm looking more for an everyday carry knife for the pocket, and not a big bad fixed blade.

Talked to Bien and Manny today (Met rex_valerian as well) and they are planning a lot of good things for the shop, like expanding their lines to include Zero Tolerance and Strider Knives!!!

New gear set to arrive by the 1st week of November!

Cool. That's good news! Sure ba that they'll get Striders within the year? Are Zero Tolerance knives widely available? And are they same level as Emersons, Striders and MODs?

All three brands are top shelf. They also have their own niches IMO.

Strider - Indestructible. Toughness is legendary.

M.O.D - High tech design. Lots of assisted opening options. Probably the best choice if you wear gloves all the time. Excellent grip.

Emerson - WAVE technology. The ultimate fighting knife designed by a knife fighter. Excellent blade steel. Not as brawny as the striders but fits my pocket better.

ZERO TOLERANCE - Kershaw is known for their out-of-the-box blade designs and since ZT is a Kershaw/Strider collaboration, we can expect them to come up with a stylish , unconventional blade that will go through sheet metal unscathed. If you want a knife that takes a beating and is also a conversation piece then ZT fits the bill perfectly.

I've checked the zero/tolerance knives on the web. If the spyker is any indication, I think that they will be of great appeal to hardcore knife-users who like to abuse their knives on a daily basis.

AllanRR showed me his strider, and I agree with bikethief's assessment that striders not only are tough, they look tough from the get-go.

MOD is a good choice too. Have the MOD CQD Mark I and I have no regrets.

Can't wait for november to come along.

Clarification nga pala guys, when I said new gear to arrive in November, iba yun, not included pa yung ZT knives and Strider...mostly more tac gear and maybe some othet cutlery items ang dadating. The ZT/Strider items sa next order pa after the November one.

We can all make out wish lists c/o Manny so he can order specific models - I'm scanning the websites right now...and gusto ko yung ZT-100!!!

I hope the Striders get here before the New Year. I'm saving up for a Strider folder.. The ZT knives are looking good too..

By the way, anyone know if they have the Surefire Delta Folder yet? Seems interesting. From what I can glean, the body is a solid piece of titanium, and blade is S30V. Comes with glass breaker, Wire cutter/stripper, belt cutter, flat screw driver and wrench! Hmmm, so many knives, so little money.

They had that knife before, but due to pricing and weak interest, they didn't get more...you can order it from them though. :)

I think that you're referring to the "Alpha" knife. I've seen that at SOE previously. It had 2 belt clips, and is on the large side. The "Delta" is smaller, and is more general use.

Went to S.O.E. this afternoon, and they confirmed that they have a cutlery shipment coming in that includes Zero Tolerance and Strider folders and fixed blades! It'll be here by November!!!
