I have a 19,20,and26 for many years now. I read where solvent entering the striker area and sleeve over time can cause a problem so now I'm concerned. I need to know the steps to change out the sleeve and how do you remove the slide cover. Looks like it pulls straight down but not sure.

If the solevent you are using was corrosive to plastic you would have clearly noticed the problem L O N G before now. I am sure there is absoultly no issue for you to worry about.

If you want to know everything about your Glock pistol I highly recommend this book http://www.lonewolfdist.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=186&TERM=boo-
