The progressives and ultra liberal left are announcing EVERY WHERE that the Trump pick, Neil Gorsuch, or any Trump pick is a STOLEN SEAT choice.

Baloney! Did you hear Gorsuch's speech? Absolutely stunning! His legal career is impeccable. This Colorado Judge is one incredibly first class choice.

Gorsuch makes Sotomayor and Kagan look like politically adolescent cheerleaders.

Neil Gorsuch is a GREAT PICK!

I hate to agree with a liberal but the republicans did refuse to vote on Obama's choice.

Using a play devised by Joe Biden in a similar instance where it benefitted the Democrats.

After Scalia died, I thought it was calculated that there was a 80% chance that another would die this presidential term.

Is this a "liberals, this is best you're going to get" choice? Is this a "I knew you wouldn't let me have my first choice so I'll make you look like sore losers" choice? He's got four years to pick more and more conservative.

Stolen election, stolen Supreme Court seat, is there anything the liberals lose to the legitimate vote of the American public that they don't consider stolen, because "they wanted it first".

    Sounds like Kindergarten playground logic.

This reminds me of the excuse one of my children gave me for hitting the other one. "She hit me back first!", logic.

After the midterms, the Gop should pick up a few more seats and then any pick should get through easily.

Tough ****. And there was plenty of time before the 2010 midterms for Obama to ask the liberal geezers on the bench to retire and have no problem replacing them with millennials. They would have complied too.

The Republicans did exactly what is allowed according to the COTUS, the rules of the US Senate, and the rules of the Senate Judiciary Committee. They broke no rules and violated no laws.

So what is this guy's record on the 2A? That's pretty much the only SC issue I care about.

You can't get here from there!
There has NEVER been a vote on a supreme court confirmation in a presidential election year EVER as far as I know.

Maybe someone else knows of one.

    Regards,

I think the Soros puppets will be less likely to have another
Justice die of "natural causes ses" as long as Trump holds the reins to appointment. This may become the healthiest group of Judges you have ever seen!

Expect it to be a continual theme. Hang on for the ride of four years of protests for the sake of protesting.

I think the Democrats double down on Derp when the Republicans play by their rules.

It was over 80 years since a SC justice has been confirmed during an election year.

Doesn't matter who the pick was, the Democrats are going to cry murder.
