Stock or Not?

    Do cosmetic changes disqualify a gun from stock class?

    Specifically.....

    Slide refinish
    Nose contour and nose serrations
    Removing checkering and stippling with no grip reduction
    Rounded trigger guard and stippling.

    My thoughts are that none of the above actually alter the functionality of the gun, but I'm betting some are probably illegal. I just wanted to clarify. I'm doing all of the above to a PD trade-in that I picked up. if it takes it out of stock, I guess I'll just have to go buy another one and leave it alone.. Damn, I hate that...Just what I needed.. Another gun...
