Recap: My son ran into a tree on the 29th. Bruised but no real injuries. As of Wednesday, SF had not yet assigned someone to look at what was left of my car. Update: After calling Customer Service as well as my agent, they looked at it and put together an estimate on Thursday. Totaled on Friday AM. Got a check Friday afternoon. Deposited it and bought a replacement that evening. Picked it up tonight. Done.
