    I bought some SS109 62 Grain bullets and am looking for some load data utilizing either H335 or Varget. Anyone have a good load?

    Thank you for your help.

    I have bought several books, and looked at the Hogdon websight, no 62 grain listing.

    That is why I asked on this forum, figured there would be some helpful advice.

    going off of speers published data on 62gr FMJBT, work up

    H335= 25gr
    Varget= 26.5

    that's what I use, obviously YMMV

    Hogdon data published in my Load book for .223 for 63g slug

    H335: Begin @ 22.5 with a max of 25.0g listed COL of 2.20
    Varget: Begin @ 24.5 with a max of 26.4 with same COL

    I have been using 23.5 of H335 with a 2.25 COL in my AR so far. Runs pretty well for me, but not for a bud's rifle.
