This will be my first polymer coated 357sig round. Blue Ridge Cartridge used to make some blue (and maybe red?) polymer coated bullet rounds but I never purchased any. There are a handful of offerings that got away... sadly!

From what I understand, this is Doubletap's own bullet(LF meaning Lead Free) and the round seems to be replacing the one formerly using the Barnes 80g Tac-Xp bullet.

Anyway, 1500fps out of a 4.5" barrel!

Back when I started this merry chase of collecting 357Sig variants, I occasionally heard an obscure reference of Black Hills manufactured 357 Sig. I would see it on a list or mentioned in an article....even a picture of a box now and then.
Finally tracked down this most elusive critter!
