I had a thumb safety from Ten-Ring precision installed on my Glock 23 - I like it just fine, but now I may trade the gun, and if I can't find someone that wants it with the safety, I'd like to replace the frame and put the gun back to its original condition. This safety requires that a 3\32nd slot be cut into the left side of the frame - it doesn't void the warranty, but I can see how a cut in the frame might not be acceptable to a lot of people - so, I'm looking to replace the frame - any suggestions on a source?

PLEASE, let's not start a debate about safeties on Glocks - that topic has been discussed to death.

Glockmeister.com or Gunbroker.com should have them.

    Thanks !

I'd be OK with a decent used one (hopefully less expensive than a new one), but I'm wondering if \ why anyone would have a used frame for a G23.

Thanks - I'm finding that there's no way I can come out of this even close to breaking even - I will probably just post the gun for sale with the safety, maybe toss in an extra magazine or two to sweeten the deal, and if no one is interested and I can't sell it, well, having another Glock laying around isn't a bad thing, huh?

That is exactly what I would do. Trust me, someone will buy it.
There is no point fixing something that is not broken
