A holosight like the Trijicon RedDot or Burris FastFire, that can mount onto a regular Glock slide, replacing the rear sight, has its own built in back-up rear sight that co-witnesses with it, and has a pressure switch on the front of the grip, like on certain Crimson Trace units, to activate the sight.

    Just saying :whistling:

No need for a pressure switch sinse todays optics last years being left on. I leave my fastfire on at all times when that weapon rotates in my carry/home setup and i replace the battery once a year just for giggles.

Back up irons would be cool but i see no way of doing that and making them effective. Maybe if the aimpoint T-1 with its low mounting and a built in flip up rear like the irondot setup would work but i think its overkill.

    When in doubt........ Point shoot:supergrin:
