My mother just sent me this picture this morning. Link to the article: http://www.columbian.com/news/2017/jan/09/family-pneumonia-can-be-deadly/ Dude, I am so bummed out. Larry was the sweetest, kindest guy you'd ever meet. He had been pretty sick in the hospital with this, and they didn't think that he was going to make it. I had hope though. He owned his own mechanic shop here in Vancouver; East Vancouver Automotive. He had a good crew there working for him. I'm not sure what's gonna happen to his shop now. He was the type of guy that would let you pay for minor services when you could, if you didn't have a check or cash on you at the moment. He knew you were good for it. He always greeted people with a smile, and he cared about his customers. My family and I were all loyal customers to him for many years. He always gave us promo calenders, pens, and other knick-knacks just for the hell of it. So bummed out about this. He was just a really good guy. RIP Larry. Get yourselves checked folks. Don't put it off; no matter how minor you think the illness is.
