The problem is when I smoke cigars while working in my shop they get soggy quickly because I'm using both hands to work and the cigar stays in my mouth. Can get ugly.
I ordered from Amazon a cigar holder for $19. Then got to thinking; I really don't like the holders because the mouthpiece is small like a pipe stem and I prefer the bulk of the cigar feel.
So, thinking outside the box, I came up with a practically free solution.
I took a 12 gauge shotgun shell and cut off the plastic end that holds the shot.
That plastic end is the perfect size to slip my 49-ring cigars in.
If necessary (was not needed with the blank shell I used) you can drill a small hole in the casing end to facilitate draw
Viola, no more soggy cigars. Plus an extra inch or two of smokeability.
You could probably heat the plastic and resize it somewhat to fit larger or smaller ring cigars.

The trick is to socialize more. You can't talk with a cigar in your mouth. It requires you to extract and hold between your index finger and thumb, thus allowing it some air-time to dry. It also makes work more enjoyable.

    I prefer 7" x 70 Asylum.

Might want to pass that on to Bill Clinton. Not sure he reads this forum on a regular basis.

That cigar was given some air-time as well.
