I mainly got it to use for some food recipes that I want to try, or to make some things up on my own with. My wife has a recipe for a whiskey cake hidden somewhere, and she wants to try it out by the by. I also found a Kentucky Bourbon Cake that I want to have do for around the holidays. It is sort of like a fruit cake, complete with fruits nuts and wrap. That is one of those things you have to keep adding a little to each day concerning the wrap for curing purposes.

You sound like me. I have alcohol around but it mostly gets used for cooking around here. Glad you made me think of it though. There some great fruit juice in the frig right now that really, really needs to meet the 100 proof vodka in the freezer. It's for the children! (My inner child in case you're wondering).

They issued us a nice little shoulder bag along with our rifle that's designed to carry extra mags and all of that good stuff. The problem is that its a PITA and swing around when you do much moving. I'm gonna put together a vest for situation like the other night.

bought a polish set for my Dremel tool. Maybe I will try to polish the bolt assembly today after work. Weather is finally summer like here.

    +1. I almost missed it.

    What up VG? :wavey:

I LOVE yard work. I cover the outside and the misses takes the inside. It's a great setup.

    What did you do?

Dog was regurgitating all afternoon... which is fine, since it's mostly solid, but she decided to jump up on the gazebo benches and unleash on a standing pool of water which then led to me having to wash everything out and sweep and make sure all the food particles are gone from the garden... in the baking sun... and then have to till the soil again... ugh. 5 hours of hell.

You ought to see some of the older recipes in the nation. You would possibly be surprised how many have some type of alcohol content.
