I made spaghetti sauce from a family recipe. I kept it simple as the recipe has many options (adding chicken, or pork chops). The must have ingredients are Italian sausage/lean ground beef, garlic, onion, green pepper, whole or stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, olives, mushrooms, olive oil, butter, Italian seasoning, cumin, more garlic, basil, red wine.
Serve with your choice of red wine.
The sauce must be cooled down and refrigerated overnight and then reheated for the next day.
Emptied out all the leftovers stuff and called that good!
Another very long hard day in the rain, and it actually got pretty cold here as well (for this part of Texas), but got to take care of "broken stuff" around here....
