So here’s mine used a bunch of fresh garlic, oregano, rosemary, sweet paprika, salt, olive oil, white wine, and some lemon juice. Mixed up fresh this morning to let the chicken marinate all day, and then slow roasted on the rotisserie on the grill with the vegetables. Add some tzatziki, and a pita and ready for the table.

Why? I'm nosy. And I have plenty of time.

    That does look good.

But you need to wash your hands and scrub under your fingernails before you eat.

I'm sure there is a soup kitchen near you. My parish has one, I volunteer my time and work in it as much as I can.

I am not about to take food away from people who actually need it. I can skip a meal here and there, it won't hurt me.

So you are not destitute, but sometimes can't afford to eat?

I think you need to re-examine your expenditures.
    Just saying.

I understand sweetie. And I just said a prayer for you.

If you can scrape together some loose change you can afford a box of Ramen noodles and a can of Dinty Moore beef stew to put on top. A filling meal.

I get out plenty at times but food choices around here can be very limited. Pizza out here is very nearly always tomato sauce based.

    From wiki:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_pizza

White pizza also known as white pie is an Italian styled pizza which does not use tomato sauce. The pizza generally consists of pizza dough, olive oil, garlic, cheese, salt and sometimes toppings including vegetables such as spinach, tomato, and herbs.[1][2][3][4] Ricotta is a common type of cheese used on white pizza in the United States.[4] Sometimes white sauces such as bechamel are used.[4]

I like pizza bianca, actually my favorite.
I’m not a fan of pizza with a lot of sauce.
