It was time to pick some basil, so last night was pesto alla genovese with sautéed chicken breast.

Having lots of fun with the new pellet smoker/grill. Saturday night I made venison burger & pork sausage meatloaf.
Yesterday I ran a batch of beef jerky on it. Much easier than on the Kamado.
I have a Hunt Brothers Hunk o Pizza left and a bit of popcorn to get rid of.
Too tired to cook tonight. Picked up a Publix lemon pepper rotisserie chicken on the way home from work.
Chicken Madeira. Breasts, wine based sauce, mushrooms, onions, garlic, asparagus and mozzarella cheese.
What a day, did my taxes by EZ. Since I was on my computer(iMac) I bought YES/SYPHONY(3 Hours). I then got my supper ready while watching, so multi-tasking. I have liked rock with smphony for many years. Started out "April Showers"(Deep Purple 1969). I have several of these type concerts on DVD, iTunes, Blue Ray.
No grill tho, fry baby, fry.
What a great day, life is good.

My son made venison boulinaise. We had it over whole wheat pasta. (No pic because I was really hungry. And it didn’t last long...)

Day three of my 15 bean soup with ham, diced tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and a dash of Worcestershire. Gets better every day. My son will kill it off tomorrow.
Air fried some shrimp and threw a quick salad together...vodka martini w/jalapeno stuffed olives.
Running out of ideas, so tonight it's Tony's pizza doctored up with pepperoni and extra cheese. tom.
Those Tony’s pizza are one of the best frozen pizzas on the market in my opinion! NOM NOM NOM!
Better than live chicken!
Not only did we add pepperoni and extra cheese, but we added sweet and hot pepper rings. Damn was it good. tom.
