I sliced up a 4 pound boneless ham the other day and saved the butts. Chopped them up and added a can of pork & beans.

I was hoping for some fresh cobia, but the fish market didn't have any. So I settled for mahi filets. For supper I broiled them in olive oil, white wine, and garlic.

Not cooking again. But my stomach is growling. I'll get over it.

I seem to have lost the desire to cook. It was something I loved to do, and even had a restaurant in NYC for a bit. But dealing with my mom... it has drained me. I daresay, I am a different person in some ways than I was 6 months ago. I won't go into further detail, too personal, but yeah.... IDK when I might cook a real meal again. Probably won't be tomorrow.

Like I said, what do expect from a meat and potatoes guy?

I know you mean well Hannie but I'm an old dog and you can't teach me new tricks. I just had a tunafish sandwich the last two nights. Why do I occasionally eat a tunafish sandwich? Beacuse my mom made them sometimes for our school lunches. But that's it in the fish dept.

You gotta keep up your strength. I had bouts with not eating when Dad was turning for the worst.

*looks at my belly* Yeah, I am not gonna hurt by missing a few meals... *LOL*

But yeah, stress is killing me. I have had a headache for two days now, wondering if it's just that or a tumor. Hopefully, it is Schwarzenegger material.
