Just a cheeseburger and chips. Added the chips after the picture was made.
Fried chicken wings soaked in Miller lite and floured in salt, pepper and steak&chop seasoning and homemade waffles with good syrup and Texas Pete hot sauce for the chicken.
Whatever today's catch is at Tony's Fish Market, broiled in garlic and butter.
We're having Chinese tonight. Orange chicken, chicken lo mein and egg rolls. tom.

Tony's Fish Market had fresh cobia filets. I broiled them in garlic and butter. Delish.
Leftover beans & wieners. Added some chips and ate the last brownie.
Having a state gun owners get together at an ancient, local hot dog and ice cream stand. Weather should be prefect. Should be grand.

ANY fresh fish is good. No matter how many choices the fishmonger offers, the freshest one is the best one. Then you find a recipe to make it work. That's a way to discover new good things.

I was at the restaurant supply store and got a GREAT deal on tomatoes. Made 4 1/2 gallons of soup. Half the neighborhood is eating soup tonight.
