    Fried chicken wings soaked in Miller lite and floured in salt, pepper and steak&chop seasoning and homemade waffles with good syrup and Texas Pete hot sauce for the chicken.

    ANY fresh fish is good. No matter how many choices the fishmonger offers, the freshest one is the best one. Then you find a recipe to make it work. That's a way to discover new good things.

    I was at the restaurant supply store and got a GREAT deal on tomatoes. Made 4 1/2 gallons of soup. Half the neighborhood is eating soup tonight.

    Iron skillet scramble....ground beef, diced onions, carrots, celery and cubed potatoes. Done with olive oil and Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce.
