Since I actually made it to the megga grocery earlier this week, I cooked yesterday & day before- made up a couple multi-meal things.
Tonight I had shallots & fresh rosemary slices of chicken breast, smushed potatoes w/copious amounts of melting butter, and nuked CRUNCHY baby peas (frozen 1st).
If I have another cup of Irish coffee tonight, I may try to throw together a something & megga amount of cheese quiche. Can't leave the fresh big-arsed shrimps long (killer sale!) so I may clean them up and doing something with them tonight, too.

<digs around for pic of a prior quiche>
Added: ahHAH! Found one... (had to go back to April of *2015* sheesh)

Real men don't each quiche. But I do, with a helluva lot of onions and some garlic.

None close ... mom duty, alone, boarding a client puppy, had to settle for convince over quality.

I didn't know one glass of wine was 3/4 of a bottle

Pizza Hut isn't bad. I did get one all burned up one time, but otherwise it is just like always. When I was little, Pizza Hut was like the best dining I knew of. Still hanging onto that.
Made tacos tonight. Cheifs won at Foxboro! Maybe the Patriots got neutered by the Ravens last week?

Havin' not much at all. The stove blew up and slung supper all over the wall. So it's a ham sandwich and iced tea, but it will be better tomorrow, just wait and see.

One of my most memorable meals was at Pizza Hut. Was on my first TDY trip to the Chrysler Tank Proving Grounds in Detroit...stayed at Holiday Inn in Sterling Heights. My flight arrived late and I didn't get to the motel until after 9 PM. It was 8 degrees F and snowing...I was starving. Got into the rental car and started looking for a place to eat. Snow was so heavy I could hardly see; but I did spot the sign for Pizza Hut. Went inside and was immediately surrounded by warmth and that wonderful smell that only a pizzeria has. Can't remember what pizza choice I ordered; but it was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten.
In retrospect, I guess it was one of those situational things where you had to be there.
