In the InstantPot:
Sauté onions and garlic in plenty of Kerrygold butter
Add beef broth
Dash of Love
Pressure cook for about 40 minutes and let sit/warm for an hour or three.
I don’t measure anything, just go by look and taste.
Chimichurri-spiced sweet potatoes w/ serrano peppers, kale, golden beets, red cabbage, toasted cashews...on a big bed of midnight grains w/ lentils.
I made beef stew this afternoon. If I say so myself, very delish.
Oh, forgot the Rye bread to mop up the gravy, didn't make that though.
Venison back strap steak, saute zucchini and onions, tomatoes with salt & pepper mayo, Sam Adams.
Wife came home in a bad mood and went to bed so.... probably cereal.

Been there done that.
Been out in the field planting wheat for most of the day. I wanted something warm for supper but did not take time to make anything so another Romaine salad.
Shame that someone feeding the rest of the world doesn't get a hot meal.
I could have opened a can of soup or cooked up some noodles but I just didn't want to take the time. A salad is faster to make.
Maybe cook her a nice dinner?
