I had a sudden hankering for homemade chili, but didn't have any meat thawed out and didn't want to wait, so I cracked open a pint jar of home canned hamburger. Turned out pretty good with some cornbread:
Stir fry tonight. After dinner I looked up the nutritional value of bok choy and found that it ranks high in nutrient density.
Rib Steak (slightly over cooked) broccoli cauliflower salad ... odouls (green) to drink... mmm said my wife
Indeed. I am roasting some tomorrow...a week doesn't go by without bok choy. A cruciferous a day keeps the chemo away.

I love fried green tomatoes but have never had baked green tomatoes.

I stay away from the simple carbs but this was a once in awhile "cheat"
Lunch for this weekend at work is as follows: Red potatoes diced, half a large vidalia onion sliced up. package of Publix Bratwurst browned in pan. cut up sausage, add to rest, drizzle olive oil, season, bake until done. DELICIOUS.
dinner tonight is the same - just different sausage. used Savannah Sausage Co's vidalia onion and bacon blend. should be might delicious. it just came out the oven.
In Red River New Mexico and eating a Ribeye tonight at Bull of the Woods Saloon. Heard it was good. Had green chili cheesecake in Taos last night that was incredible.

Rotisserie chicken wraps. Rotisserie chicken on a bed of baby spinach with sliced cucumber and tomato with Newman's Own Ranch on a spinach wrap! Yummy!
Wash in egg and dry ranch dressing, bread with pork panko, place on parchment paper and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
Green curry ramen and swiss chard in a peanut sauce topped with smoked nori spice...bok choy bumped to tomorrow before the brewery.
