I have a meeting over dinner. I must attend. No choice.

    It’s at Olive Garden.

I might stick to just a Coke.

I had a sudden hankering for homemade chili, but didn't have any meat thawed out and didn't want to wait, so I cracked open a pint jar of home canned hamburger. Turned out pretty good with some cornbread:

Lunch for this weekend at work is as follows: Red potatoes diced, half a large vidalia onion sliced up. package of Publix Bratwurst browned in pan. cut up sausage, add to rest, drizzle olive oil, season, bake until done. DELICIOUS.

dinner tonight is the same - just different sausage. used Savannah Sausage Co's vidalia onion and bacon blend. should be might delicious. it just came out the oven.
