    Hi All,

Looking into getting another Glock this time I think I want a sub compact like the G26 9mm or G27 .40. There's so many Glocks to choice from. Need some help deciding... :wow:

I have a gen 3 Glock 26 on my hip today. What a joyful little gun.
    I am up to 2)19s, a 30SF, 22, 17, and I JUST bought a 34...

The GAP Enterprises magazine floor plate on the 26 is truly effective at enhancing the grip/hold, without any extension to the grip frame for carry. IWB in a Brommeland Maxcon, which is like the Milt Sparks Watch 6...

Yep. Lots of 'choices' to 'choose' from. With all that's going on, I wonder if it wouldn't be smart to wait and see if there's a mag capacity restriction coming, especially in NJ. If they limit capacity to 6 or 8, your choices might be different. I have a G39. Good luck.

Well the G20 was on my hip this morning. But since you said sub compact I would go with the 27 or 39

Another vote here for the G26. I have a Gen4 model.

Had a 30 that shot fine, but was just too big in some respects, too small in others.

    I think a 21 and a 26 are a great compromise.

The XDs is a nice LITTLE package that, even for its size, feels better in the hand (to me) than any of the Glocks. I don't even mind the small capacity... think of it as the j-frame of the .45acp world.

The trigger leaves something to be desired though

    I hope my next two will be a 36 and a 21SF...

My thoughts only. I think that I will be more accurate with the G26 than my G31 that I have, I like the LaserMax installed. I've always liked the sub-compact Glocks and grips. For me it just preference and fits like a glove. Never shoot the G39 but will have to try it soon. Thanks All...

    I'd say G26.

G27 same as above but in a caliber I don't care for.
G29 better caliber, but less availability
G30 almost as big as a G19 or G23. I treat it as a compact, not a subcompact, when comparing them.
    G36 ok
G39 GAP, not a caliber I would buy
G33 not a caliber I would buy, but you already have that caliber.

I would hold off till Glock fixes the brass to the face issues (if they ever do) or get a XD.

I continue to believe that the Glock 26 is about Glock's best. In more than a few threads guys report shooting the G26 better than the bigger Glock 9mm versions.

I shoot my Glock 19 better than my Glock 26, but that's me.

If I was in the market to get another Glock, I would stick with 9mm and get a Model 34, as a range toy.

The Model 19 and 26 fills my Glock needs just fine.

    I EDC a 26. The sweetest pistol I own.

I shoot the 26 better than any of the others I own. I can't carry them all at once (easily), but I like the 26, 27, and 36 for carry.

I just got a G19 Gen 4 for xmas. I love the way the grip feels in my hand. I had shot an S&W 9c that felt good, but not a solid as the G19 feels. I know a lot of people have commented on Glock grip angles, etc., but i think this is a matter of suitability to the users personal preferences and body parameters.

I've been carrying a PPK .380 but am starting to get used to the Glock despite its larger size.

Choose what YOU like. All Glocks are the same. Except for the G36. It's special.
