So I was running out of room in my gun cabinet

And started thinking about some of those "door organizers" that are out there. I found a couple, but most didn't really meet my needs, as I just wanted to hold pistols, not have huge/small pockets that wouldn't accommodate pistols.

I have a two door cabinet, has space for 12 long guns (only have 3) then the other side is small shelves, where I keep my pistols now. I've long ago started "stacking" them on that side, as I just didn't have anymore room.

I didn't want to go crazy and buy a huge safe (which is what I want) because we will likely be moving this year, and are probably gonna rent an apartment for a year, while we decide where to build.

So I was at Dick's the other day, and found these.

They are awesome... The magnets on the back are extremely strong.. I took what are probably my heaviest guns (Ruger GP100, CZ 75BD) and they stayed put no problem. I bought the last 4 they had, but will probably place an order for 9-10 more from Amazon. I figure I'll put a couple of my more commonly accessed guns on the door, and then put the others on the inside wall of the cabinet.

I would like to know just what the magnets do to the guns?
I would hate to have a magnetic gun. I just ended up buying a second safe.
