Their “Two a Day” formula.
Take one with 2 different meals per day.
This is a minimum as to what you should take.
It has minerals too and the critical Vitamin D3 to protect you against COVID-19.
(2) Life Extension Omega 3 fish oil capsules.
Take 3 or more per day with meals.
I take extra vitamins too, but this is a good starting point.
I drink coffee all day I usually have it right up to bed time and find I wake up in the morning alert. As for the wrinkles and hair loss, I'm thinkin it might be because I'm 75 years old, naw ,must be all the coffee
I make pot of coffee with 3 measured cups of water and 4 tablespoons of strong and very caffeinated coffee, currently "Pete's" Coffee but I will experiment with new coffee occasionally as long as it's strong and high in caffeine. I pour the coffee into a thermos with an open an close top and add a shot and a half of Coffee Mate's "Italian Sweet Creme", and 3 teaspoons of sugar, close the top and shake and swirl the thermos a few times...absolute perfection and will last all day.
