I have this book and it is a well written tome on the use of the snubby revolver. The author makes it clear that while it is not his first choice if he was caught in a gunfight,(certainly good advice but the bad guys don't phone ahead), but for a backup or deep concealment gun it is hard to beat. I found myself in full agreement.

Yes, it is. Ed Lovette was a CIA intelligence officer overseas and did some interesting stuff... he knows of what he speaks. He's also the final column/last page writer for Gun World I think, or Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement.
