Here's a recipe for a simple, awesome smoothie (this recipe makes two): Freeze three very ripe bananas in a freezer ziplock bag. Once frozen, break them into hunks while they're still in the bag (no mess). Put half the frozen banana hunks in a blender. Add a cup of fresh strawberries. Add a cup of Odwalla apple juice. If you like, add some protein powder. Blend. Repeat for the second smoothie. What makes this smoothie excellent is the lack of ice. The frozen bananas chill it down, and you get nothing but fruit. Try it, you won't be dissappointed!
