From this angle it looks more like a fat lip. The kind you get from leaning into an overhand right...

Probably a misnomer. More like a frown. Usually means a little too much pressure causing the brass to expand down the feed ramp. The brass is really thin at the "smile" so not good to reload.

The next step on the pressure curve is a blowout. The smile is where the case will give way.

If you start seeing smiles, you are waaay over the line pressure wise.
