I recently got a Beretta 92 compact and have fallen in love with it even more than my full size 92. Even with the relatively slight difference in size, it has been much easier to conceal and, for me anyway, has a better balance creating a much smoother feel while shooting. There are some times, though, that it is still a little big to hide. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for a smaller pistol for those situations, maybe even for the pocket, that would be comparable to the DA/SA feel of the Beretta. Thanks, and best to you and yours.

Pocket might be pushing it, but it's hard to beat the great old S&W 3913 (stainless) 9mm, or its blue twin, the 3914, for a slim, single-stack DA/SA 9mm. Consider also the S&W 908 (economy version of same). Long out of production, but still found used at reasonable prices.

    best,
