Slippery beauty

    Met this slippery beauty today. She was resting in the evening shade after a busy day. Had to use flash, but it came out okay. Her scales are a bit different than a common sagebrush lizard who is rather dry. Her scales were more slippery, like a snake. She was also much larger, around 14", which makes her about the largest of the local lizards.
