[Another Miller]

I have an original all matching 1951 non refurb russian sks.Its mint condition.I dont know what theyre worth these days.

If it's in mint condition, I'd think there's a good chance it has been refurbed. But Gunbroker should give you an idea of going prices.

$350+, I saw one that was traded on another board for a weapon valued at $600.
However this Tula was truely a mint, unmolested, nonrestored rifle.

Its blued,shiny bolt and shiny blade bayonet,hardwood stock and not laminated.Everything matches.I got it many years ago, when they were coming in and nobody wanted them.Would you believe it was around 70 bucks.:tongueout:

I havent shot it in a long time and was just wondering what I could get for it on trade for something else.Thanks.

It may very well be a non refurb, but some of the refurbed rifles had bolts and bayonets still in the white. I have one in a laminate stock with white bolt and bayo, but some still had the non laminate stock as well. I'm guessing it have have depended on the time frame and/or the amount of work needed.

I have seen SKSs for up to $600. Nobody was buying at those prices. A nice Russian is worth $400 or more. Not much more as the value of SKSs have a plateau. People just aren't going to pay big money for a SKS. When you can buy a AK-47 for less than $400, the SKS is hard to sell but much more.

I still see Russian sks's sell for $300.00 in shows around here. They're often priced at $400 or higher, but don't seem to sell at those prices. Prices seem to have settled on all SKS rifles after the temporary Obama scare.

As a shooter, 250, but you'll pay 250-350. As a collector; All depends on the condition and originality. All bets are off on the Original part though...
