Most of my guns are single stacks.
With the sig365 or the hellcat out there would you buy a single stack 9 mm again?

I’d buy a SIG Sauer P225 or P210 all day long. Well, maybe not the P210 all day long.

familyman357 I'd be more cynical, but my apathy prevents it.

Yeah, but it is a good question . If you were starting all over again, would you go with a single stack 9mm over the red sig p365 or Springfield hellcat?

Carried a GLOCK 43 all day today. I try to practice with it too, so I won't even need six rounds.
I probably would get the 365, if I didn't already have a GLOCK. It is a nice gun.

Nope. I shoot the 43 much better than a Hellcat.

Meh. I'm carrying a single stack right now. I probably won't die.

I'm still holding out for Glock to come out with their triple stack 9.

That dude is wearing sunglasses to mask his blinking. You can still see the flinch in his face on almost every shot. And the commentary is babbling. Makes me want to get an HD camera and a mic, try to get into the firearms schill game.

There is nothing at all wrong with a single stack if that is what you want and you can shoot it well.
I don't care for them myself. I just like a larger frame and a thicker grip, but that's just my preference.

    Interesting question in 9mm.

Single stack 32ACP and 380 make sense trying to go as light and thin as possible.

But in 9mm if you’re going there anyway, I would not buy a single stack and opt for the P365 instead.

The P365 is the smallest, lightest gun that can pretty much do everything I’d expect of a carry gun in a wide variety of scenarios.

EDIT: after watching the guy shoot, I then immediately discounted his opinion. :D

Owning a Hellcat, I have to disagree. Sure the bore axis could be a bit lower and the barrel a bit longer, but it appears to be the most well built plastic carry gun I’ve yet seen.

I won't begrudge my single stack sucky guns, they have been good to me. Does this mean revolvers suck as well? They are 6 shots?
