Was at the range the other day and a fellow had a "Pachmayr" adjustable sight on his G19. I really liked it and was wondering if it was legal in the Amateur Civilian class?

In the Glock Report under part 40.30 Allowable Modifications to “Stock”, it states:
"5. Post and notch sights (“patridge” sights)
    excluding any sight requiring slide
    modifications. Please note that fiber-optic
and express sights are now approved!"

I didn't see anything about adjustible sights specifically and was just wondering. Thanks.

They are legal if you do not have to modify the frame to install them.
