I agree. I even dropped the damn thing onto concrete. Not loaded but slide was locked open. I never dropped a weapon before in my life. I was ticked. The frame is slick where there is no texture. Dinged rear of slide a bit but not bad. Glad it is stainless. Then I proceeded to shoot. Very impressed.

I feel they butchered the red dot mounting system, its pretty bad. Most will run irons anyway though.

had the standard P320 and then the M17. OK gun, but nothing special. Takedown levers on both were very stiff, hard to field-strip. Accuracy was so-so; good thing they upgraded the trigger, which was decent over the horrible original bang switch. Had to send mine in for replacement and cost me $50, Wound up selling my SIGs, got an HK VP9 and think it's a far superior pistol. Y M M V

It is not hard to break down. I also have a nice HK P30. Both nice guns. Also a Gen 4 G-19.

I have two P320's. Both were sent in for the upgrade. I sent one and received it back and then sent the second one in. I compared and shot them side-by-side. There was no difference in the feel, weight or pull of either trigger. If you spent $50, it was not because of Sig Sauer's doing.

Buddy of mine went to get an M17 and left with a P320 X Full. Can’t say I blame him as after feeling both and for the same price I’m prob going to do the same.

Better trigger, better frame, better sight/plate system, better sights...no brainer

Well my next two handguns will be the Beretta M9A3 and the Colt Marine 1911.
Guess I am collecting military handguns.
