    Hello:
I have owned lots of Glocks and am thinking about getting a Sig 229. How is the DAK trigger pull compared to the Glock standard trigger which is a 5 pound pull I believe? What is the general opinion on the DAK trigger? Thanks for any input.

I have a 226DAK and like it alot. The DAK is set at 6.5 pounds. The trigger pull distance is the same as the traditional Sig DA, but the weight is cut almost in half. It is alot smoother than the Glocks, IMO. To me, the Glock was gritty and cheap feeling. The Sig was smooth and sweet right out of the box. I can also say that it gets smoother after shooting a few rounds through it.
